About The Role

Credes is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, paid opportunity where you'll work on meaningful client and in-house projects that directly impact user experience and product success. If you're someone who thrives on creating intuitive, user-centered designs and has a solid command of Figma, we want to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include designing digital products, crafting seamless user flows, building interactive prototypes, and contributing to a scalable design system. Your work will influence how users interact with our platforms and help define our visual identity, making a tangible impact on our products and users.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles, with proficiency in relevant design tools and a portfolio demonstrating their skills. A background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication,



or a related field is preferred, along with hands-on experience in the industry. Candidates should possess advanced skills in Figma, including designing, prototyping, and managing design systems.

Additionally, familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is required. A solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy is essential. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and openness to feedback are critical qualities for success in this role.

Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or basic front-end development is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities include designing wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, as well as developing interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and facilitate usability testing. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as developers and product managers is vital to ensure design alignment and feasibility. Conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions will be integral to your role.

You will contribute to maintaining and evolving our design system and component libraries, ensuring consistency across all platforms.



Iterative design improvements based on user feedback and testing results are expected. Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices will help you deliver innovative and effective solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
