Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI Developer with a robust eye for design and a passion for building intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine strong UI/UX design skills with hands-on frontend development expertise, particularly in Vue.js, to transform user and business requirements into high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Translate business and user requirements into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop user-facing applications and reusable UI components using Vue.js.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, UI patterns, and reusable design components to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Convert functional requirements and user needs into simple, effective, and aesthetically appealing user experiences.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve UI/UX usability issues through research, testing, and iterative design.
- Create original visual assets, graphics, icons, and other UI elements when required.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, scalable, and optimized for different screen sizes and devices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain visual consistency between design and production.
- Conduct design reviews and provide guidance on UI/UX best practices.
- Maintain clear documentation of design decisions, workflows, components,



and interaction patterns.
- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, frontend technologies, accessibility standards, and design methodologies.

Design and develop UI flows, menus, HUDs, and user-facing applications that meet defined design goals; create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and supporting documentation; translate business and user requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive, consistent user interfaces; develop and maintain responsive user-facing applications using Vue.js; create original graphic designs and visual assets where required; and identify, analyse, and troubleshoot UX and usability problems through iterative design and testing. Qualifications & Skills:

- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UI development, UI/UX design, frontend development, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in modern UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Vue.js and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and reusable UI components.
- Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles.
- Ability to translate designs into functional, production-ready interfaces.
- Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have





- Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Experience with mobile UI/UX design and mobile-first design principles.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Experience working with design tokens and component libraries.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
- Experience in designing products for education, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
