Must-Have Qualifications

- Recent graduate (2025–2026 pass-out) in Design, Architecture, Computer Science, or a

related field (B.Des, B.Arch, B.Tech - CSE, or equivalent)
- Completed a qualified certification in UI/UX from a recognized institute
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, design process, wireframing, and UI design
- Proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, and

Prototyping)
- Positive understanding of UX fundamentals, including user research, user flows,

wireframes, journey maps, and usability principles
- Robust knowledge of visual design principles such as typography, color, spacing, layout,

hierarchy, and responsive design
- Basic familiarity with AI-powered design tools




- Exposure to user research or usability testing is a plus
- Understanding of product thinking and user-centered design
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to receive and apply

feedback
- Self-motivated with good ownership, time management, and willingness to learn
