About The Role

As a UAV Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for end to end technical support to clients remotely or onsite. You’ll be responsible for the assembly, integration and initial tests of complete products as well as experimental R&D; projects.

Work Description

1. Work on integration of existing UAV systems and subsystems.
2. Hardware integration including propulsion, avionics and other subsystems
3. Electronics integration including various sensors, autopilot, Payloads and other peripherals
4. Basic software configurations for the systems
5. Resolving and Debugging issues arising during integration and with clients.
6. Assisting tech team in development and integration
7. Bring out the operational efficiency in development via inputs for standardizing integration processes, developing maintenance manuals and SoPs
8.



Contribute and provide feedback to the tech team for product development insights
9. Supervising maintenance and operations
10. Documenting the integration workflow and processes involved.

What we are looking for

1. Knowledge of UAVs and their subsystems
2. Hands-on experience with Drone technology, UAV avionics, and Flight stacks (Ardupilot/ Px4)
3. Hands-on experience with Flight control systems and basic drone hardware
4. Experience with soldering, assembly, crimping, testing and UAV integration
5. Knowledge of Ground control station (Mission Planner/QGC) and basic configuration
6. Problem-solving aptitude and attitude
7. Multitasking and eager to work in a challenging workplace.
8. Good verbal and written communication skills and an amazing team player.
9. Nice to have: RC Fixed Wing flying experience
