Key Responsibilities

- Assess Learning Needs: Identify student strengths, weaknesses, and unique learning styles.

- Plan Lessons: Create customized study materials and daily lesson plans for specific subjects.

- Help with Homework: Guide students through daily school assignments and difficult problem sets.

- Track Progress: Administer practice tests and monitor academic improvement over time.

- Communicate with Parents: Provide regular updates on student performance and behavior.

Qualifications and Skills

- Subject Matter Expertise: Robust knowledge in targeted subjects like math, science, or languages.

- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to explain complex topics simply.

- Patience: A supportive, approachable, and encouraging attitude.

- Education: A high school diploma is basic, but a bachelor's degree in education or a specialized field is preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per hour
