Role/Position : Treasury Manager - Well Manufacturing / Consumer Durable Industry - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Good Hand on Experience Forex and Hedging -

Treasury Manage and oversee all trade finance facilities including fund-based and non-fund-based limits.

Review and monitor Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), and other banking instruments.

Build and maintain robust relationships with rating agencies, banks, and financial institutions.

Oversee daily cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and internal/external reporting.

Lead commodity hedging strategy, including policy formulation, advisory, and execution oversight.Execute and monitor forex hedging strategies, ensuring effective risk mitigation and reporting.Support treasury risk management systems and processes.

Lead treasury automation initiatives such as, Treasury Management Systems, Multi-bank connectivity, API integrations etc..

Prepare monthly and quarterly treasury reports for management review.





Ensure compliance with RBI regulationsMonitor and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Strengthen internal controls covering treasury operations, accounting processes, and banking access rights.

Manage statutory and internal audits related to treasury.Support group companies and international business teams on treasury-related matters.

Lead, mentor, and develop treasury team members.

Qualifications & Experience

- Qualification: CA
- Experience: 8+ years in Corporate Treasury, preferably in a manufacturing or large corporate environment
