Role Description The Travel Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This role involves promoting and selling domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation services.

The Travel Sales

Executive will handle customer inquiries, prepare customized itineraries, provide fare and package quotations, and manage bookings and reservations in coordination with suppliers. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, following up on leads, achieving sales targets, and resolving customer issues promptly.



The role also includes keeping up-to-date with travel industry trends, offers, and regulations to provide accurate information and high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, packages, and basic travel documentation requirements.
- Proficiency with computers and travel-related tools or booking platforms; comfort with using email, spreadsheets, and online research.
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi, with clear, professional phone and in-person etiquette.
- Ability to work on-site in Dehradun, manage time well, handle multiple inquiries, and maintain attention to detail.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or a sales role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in travel, tourism, or business is beneficial.
