We are hiring enthusiastic, target-driven English-Speaking Travel Sales Agents to join our Travel Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound PPC calls from customers looking for travel services, including airline tickets, hotel bookings, vacation packages, and cruises.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, confident in communication, and capable of assisting international customers professionally while converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound PPC calls from English-speaking customers.

Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, vacation packages, and cruise bookings.

Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.

Convert inquiries into successful bookings and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Build customer trust through professional and effective communication.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer information, and interactions.

Follow company sales procedures and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements





Fluent in English – spoken and written.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous travel sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic knowledge of airline, hotel, and cruise bookings is an advantage.

Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

Confident handling international customers over the phone.

Comfortable working night shifts, if applicable.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
