About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Consultant to join our Leisure Sales team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling international holiday packages , with strong destination knowledge across Long Haul and Short Haul destinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into confirmed holiday bookings.
- Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget and travel dates.
- Design and sell customized international holiday packages and itineraries .
- Handle both Long Haul and Short Haul destinations.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries and costing based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers at different stages of the sales cycle and ensure timely closure.
- Provide information on destinations, hotels, activities, transfers, flights and visa requirements.




- Negotiate package pricing and customization while maintaining healthy margins.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets .
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth execution after booking confirmation.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated on new destinations, travel products and market trends.

Requirment

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Travel Sales / Leisure Travel / Holiday Sales.
- Hands-on experience in selling both Long Haul and Short Haul international holidays .
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, hotels and holiday packages.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
