Job Summary

Sharp Travels (India) Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Air Ticketing Executive to manage domestic and international travel requirements for our corporate and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Domestic & International Air Ticket bookings independently.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary changes using Galileo CRS.
- Assist corporate clients with travel-related queries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and the best available travel options.
- Coordinate with airlines and vendors for ticketing and travel services.
- Ensure timely issuance of tickets and travel documents.




- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate booking records and follow company SOPs.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA Certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Air Ticketing.
- Hands-on experience with Galileo CRS (mandatory).
- Experience in handling Domestic & International Air Ticketing.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in a Corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) or Travel Agency.
- Customer-focused with positive problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
