**JOB TITLE: HOLIDAY PACKAGE CUSTOMIZATION & VISA SPECIALIST

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Professional who can customize and sell tailor-made holiday packages for international destinations. The candidate should have strong destination knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing itineraries, costing packages, handling suppliers, and providing visa assistance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Customize and design holiday packages based on client requirements, budget, interests, and travel preferences.
- Handle international holiday enquiries from lead generation to booking confirmation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, costing, inclusions, exclusions, and travel proposals.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Europe
- South East Asia
- USA & Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
- Recommend suitable hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, flights, and other travel services.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and other international suppliers for rates, availability, and bookings.
- Negotiate with suppliers and ensure competitive package pricing and healthy margins.
- Follow up with clients, understand their requirements, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Provide pre-departure assistance and ensure all travel arrangements are coordinated smoothly.

VISA KNOWLEDGE & ASSISTANCE




- Good working knowledge of visa requirements and documentation for major international destinations.
- Assist clients with visa documentation, application procedures, checklists, appointment requirements, and timelines.
- Should have knowledge of tourist visa processes for Europe/Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asian countries.
- Stay updated with changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, and application procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in international holiday packages / leisure travel.
- Strong destination knowledge and itinerary-building skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and costing skills.
- Ability to create customized FIT and family/honeymoon/leisure itineraries.
- Strong knowledge of hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and international travel products.
- Good understanding of visa procedures and documentation.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in handling customized international holidays for:

EUROPE | SOUTH EAST ASIA | USA & CANADA | AUSTRALIA | CURRENT ZEALAND
