Job Summary

​The Travel Consultant is responsible for providing expert travel guidance, designing customized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements for leisure and corporate clients. This role focuses on understanding client preferences, converting inquiries into bookings, negotiating vendor deals, and delivering a seamless, high-quality travel experience.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Client Advisory & Sales

- ​Interact with potential clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person to understand their travel needs, budget, and preferences.
- ​Recommend suitable destinations, holiday packages, flight options, hotel accommodations, and activity itineraries.
- ​Prepare and present detailed, cost-effective, and tailored travel itineraries.
- ​Address client inquiries promptly and guide them through booking options to maximize conversion.

​2. Operations & Bookings

- ​Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight/train tickets, hotel reservations, cab transfers, visas, travel insurance, and sightseeing packages.
- ​Coordinate directly with vendors, hoteliers,



Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and transport operators to secure competitive rates and confirm itineraries.
- ​Ensure all booking details, payment milestones, invoices, and vouchers are processed and documented accurately.

​3. Client Support & Issue Resolution

- ​Inform clients about entry requirements, visa protocols, cancellation policies, and travel insurance guidelines.
- ​Provide pre-departure briefings and necessary travel documentation.
- ​Serve as the main point of contact during trips to resolve unexpected issues (e.g., delays, itinerary modifications, or emergency changes).

​4. Business Growth & Relationship Management

- ​Maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- ​Stay updated on global travel trends, emerging destinations, supplier updates, and industry regulations.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
