Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and understand travel requirements.
- Provide flight, hotel, holiday package, visa, and travel insurance options.
- Make reservations, issue tickets, and handle reissues/cancellations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Provide excellent pre- and post-travel customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in a travel agency or tourism industry preferred.
- Knowledge of airline ticketing and GDS is an advantage.
- Positive communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused, target-oriented, and well organized.
- Good computer skills and ability to work under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
