We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel & Tourism Fresher’s to join our team. The candidate will assist in planning travel itineraries, handling customer inquiries, booking travel services, and supporting daily operations of the travel department.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with travel inquiries and holiday packages
- Coordinate bookings for hotels, transportation, and tours
- Provide information on destinations ,travel insurance, and documentation
- Handle customer calls, emails, and walk-in queries
- Maintain booking records and customer details
- Support senior staff in tour operations and customer service
- Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel

Eligibility / Requirements
- Freshers with a degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Management / Any Graduate




- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism services
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
- Positive attitude and customer-service mindset
