ABOUT TRAVEL LUXIS

Travel Luxis is a Thailand-focused DMC delivering memorable travel experiences through carefully planned FIT, GIT, MICE, hotel stays, sightseeing, transfers and complete holiday packages.

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant – B2B Operations who understands the holiday business, knows how to work with travel agents and can turn travel requirements into well-designed, competitive quotations.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both travel operations and B2B client handling.

You will be responsible for receiving agent requirements, understanding their exact travel needs, preparing attractive quotations, coordinating with suppliers and following up with agents until the booking is confirmed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle B2B travel-agent queries from initial requirement to booking confirmation.
- Understand client requirements including destination, travel dates, number of passengers, hotel category, sightseeing, transfers and special requests.
- Prepare accurate, competitive and attractive holiday quotations.
- Design customized FIT/GIT holiday packages as per agent requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, activity suppliers and local partners for rates and availability.
- Have strong knowledge of Thailand destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers and activities.




- Communicate professionally with travel agents and B2B partners through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Follow up consistently on quotations and pending queries to improve conversion.
- Handle quotation revisions, amendments, cancellations and reconfirmations.
- Coordinate closely with the operations/reservation team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
- Maintain proper records of queries, quotations, follow-ups and booking status.
- Ensure quick turnaround time on urgent agent requirements.
- Build strong relationships with existing B2B agents and understand their business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to upsell hotels, activities, transfers and package inclusions where suitable.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of experience in travel operations, holiday packages or travel consultancy.
- Strong B2B travel-agent handling experience is essential.
- Previous experience working on holiday packages / travel operations.
- Practical experience in quotation making and package costing.
- Good knowledge of Thailand as a travel destination is highly preferred.




- Candidates who have worked specifically with Thailand holidays/DMC operations will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of hotels, sightseeing, transfers and travel services.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up skills with a focus on converting queries into confirmed bookings.
- Good command of English communication – written and verbal.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with agents, suppliers and internal teams.
