Travel Advisor

Experience:

- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Travel & Tourism industry.

- Experience in selling international holiday packages preferred.

- Knowledge of destinations such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Dubai, Europe, Bali, and Cruises.

Key Skills:

- Strong communication and sales skills.

- Ability to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Knowledge of international holiday planning and itinerary creation.

- Basic understanding of tourist visas and travel documentation.

- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prepare quotations and package costing.

- Experience using WhatsApp, Email, Excel, and online travel portals.

- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound sales calls.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer travel enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

- Design customized international holiday packages.

- Prepare professional quotations and itineraries.

- Follow up with leads and close sales.





- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and suppliers.

- Assist clients with visa requirements and travel documentation.

- Maintain customer database and booking records.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Preferred Candidate:

- Comfortable in creating travel related reels

- Passionate about travel and tourism.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Positive attitude and professional appearance.

- English and Hindi communication required.
