Job responsibility -

- Transition / Solution Lead

Senior technical lead who can own the FY27 transition end to end, not just manage a project plan. This person should understand how business changes flow through enterprise applications, integrations, data models, reporting and AI, and be able to turn those changes into a clear backlog and delivery plan.

What we need them to do:

- act as the single point of accountability for the transition





- understand business changes and trace their impact across Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Power BI and related applications

- break broad requirements into actionable work for engineering teams

- identify dependencies, blockers and sequencing across systems

- work directly with business SMEs and technical owners to close requirement gaps quickly

- coordinate application, data, reporting and testing teams

- track readiness, risks, decisions and release dependencies

- make sure changes are documented so the same knowledge can support later data-quality, reporting and architecture work

- stay hands-on enough to challenge technical assumptions and help resolve cross-system issues

Expected background

10+ years across enterprise applications, integration, data or solution architecture experience leading system or data transition programs, re-org changes, ERP/CRM changes or similar cross-system transformations strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, master/reference data, historical restatement and downstream reporting comfortable working with both business teams and engineers
- should be able to read SQL, understand data models and integration mappings, even if not coding full time
