Position Name : Training Consultant.

Reporting to: Director

Location: Bangalore

Travel : 20% (approximately)

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Description of the opportunity and position

- Consistent delivery of training modules
- Design and facilitate team-building programs.
- Research and Content Development as per the requirement.
- Training Need analysis to build programs.
- Account Management and Client relationship management leading to increased business.
- Attend client meetings as required.
- Support OD Initiatives as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:

- Postgraduate degree from a recognized university / MBA preferred.
- Presentation and training delivery competence.
- Exposure to deliver training modules using a competency framework as a basis for training and development.
- Must have delivered soft skill training programs to Corporate at Middle and Senior Management levels for a minimum of 3-5 years with a total experience of not less than 10 years.
- Exposure to AI Tools , digital tools.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills and email/proposal writing skills.
- Openness to learn; a passion for understanding people and businesses.





DESIRED:

- Knowledge of the Training industry.
- Demonstrated ability to reprioritize workload under short deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Exposure to managing stakeholders and conducting a consulting discussion.
- Able to deal with a high-pressure dynamic environment undergoing constant change.
