Job Overview:

The Trainer will be responsible for supporting trainee admission, assessment, training, and overall programme implementation. The role involves verifying trainee documentation, preparing and delivering training sessions, conducting assessments, and providing ongoing guidance and support to trainees. The position will also coordinate with programme stakeholders, government agencies, and public and private partners, support placement-related activities, maintain programme documentation and reports, and ensure project deliverables are achieved within defined timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

- Verify trainee documentation during the admission process and conduct assessments for candidate selection in line with project goals and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare training materials, deliver training sessions to trainees, provide ongoing support and guidance, and manage trainee assessment tests.
- Communicate with programme stakeholders and partners for project implementation, and coordinate and manage partnerships with public and private agencies for programme activities.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with government agencies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth programme implementation.




- Plan and organize campus placement drives across multiple locations.
- Create and maintain periodic reports on programme deliverables and outcomes, and document project activities and outcomes regularly in line with project timelines.
- Maintain organized programme documentation and records for reference and compliance.
- Ensure set project deliverables are achieved within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement programme activities.
- Share insights, updates, and best practices with the project team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Profile Requisites:

- Bachelors degree in any stream.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or skill development programmes, preferably in the development sector.
- Robust communication, presentation, and trainee engagement skills.
- Good documentation, reporting, coordination, and assessment management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.

Remuneration - Subject to relevant qualification, experience & merit; the consultancy fees range is upto INR 38,000 per month.
