No. of Positions : 1

1. Conduct induction, process, refresher, and cross-training sessions for current hires and existing employees.
2. Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs effectively.
3. Train associates on end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management processes, including:

4. Charge Entry

5. Claims Submission

6. Rejection/Denial Management

7. Payment Posting

8. Refund Processing

9. Credit Balance Resolution
10. Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, presentations, process documents, and job aids based on process updates and client requirements.
11. Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, certification tests, and practical exercises.
12. Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback, coaching,



and mentoring to improve quality and productivity.
13. Identify training needs based on quality scores, productivity trends, client feedback, and business requirements.
14. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Management teams to address knowledge gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
15. Track training effectiveness through certification scores, post-training assessments, and operational performance metrics.
16. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, client guidelines, compliance standards, and process requirements.
17. Support process transitions, knowledge transfer initiatives, and change management activities.
