Location: Ghansoli
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs
CTC: up to 7.00 LPA
Immediate joiners preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for international processes, focusing on TNI, TTT, TNA, OJT, Customer Service Training, Product Training, Soft Skills Training, Call Center Training.
- Develop curriculum materials and assessments to measure trainee performance.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences.
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainers to improve their delivery.
Requirements:
- Must have on-paper experience working as a Trainer.
- Customer Service training experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
