Role Summary

We are looking for an L&D; Content Specialist / Trainer to own the creation and delivery of engaging learning content for our Home Interiors Design Partners.

The role combines Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Content Creation and Interior Design. You will work closely with Design, Sales and Training teams to translate product and process knowledge into practical, easy-to-understand training experiences for design partners.

The ideal candidate could come from an L&D; / Instructional Design background or be a Product/Interior Designer with hands-on teaching or training experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Content Creation

- Own end-to-end creation of training content for Home Interiors design partners.
- Develop engaging and practical learning materials including presentations, guides, videos, assessments and reference materials.
- Translate complex design, product and process information into easy, learner-friendly content.
- Ensure content is accurate, relevant and aligned with business requirements.

2. Instructional Design

- Apply instructional design principles to structure effective learning journeys.
- Define learning objectives, content flow and appropriate learning formats.
- Develop content based on learner needs and different levels of design-partner expertise.
- Continuously improve learning content based on feedback and performance data.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with Design, Product, Sales, Content Delivery and Training teams to gather inputs required for content development.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate technical and product information.
- Convert stakeholder inputs into structured training modules.

4. Content Planning & Launches

- Own monthly and quarterly training content calendars.




- Plan training content around new product launches, processes, tools and business initiatives.
- Ensure training material is ready ahead of relevant launches and partner rollouts.

5. Training Delivery & Content Quality

- Support and/or conduct training sessions for design partners.
- Work closely with the Sales and Content Delivery teams to identify knowledge gaps.
- Gather learner feedback and identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain standards for training content quality.

What We're Looking For

- 2–6 years of relevant experience in L&D;, Instructional Design, Training Content Creation or Design Training.
- Prior experience in content creation and training delivery.
- Strong understanding of Instructional Design and adult learning principles.
- Experience creating presentations, learning modules, training guides, videos or other learning assets.
- Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage content timelines independently.

Preferred Background

Candidates from either of the following backgrounds would be relevant:

L&D; / Instructional Design

- Experience in L&D; content creation and delivery.
- Instructional design, curriculum development or training experience.
- Experience working with product or technical training is an advantage.

Interior / Product Design

- Interior Designer or Product Designer with hands-on industry experience.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, training or design education.
- Strong ability to explain design concepts, products and processes to learners.
