About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Trainer and Development to manage and develop training activities for our Warehouse and Operations teams. The person will be responsible for preparing structured training modules related to international logistics, warehouse operations, Customer Support and company processes, and delivering effective training to new and existing employees.

The role will also support HR and Training & Development initiatives, ensuring employees receive proper onboarding, job training and continuous learning support.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain training modules related to international logistics, warehouse operations and operational processes.
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for newly joined employees, particularly within warehouse and operations functions.
- Design and deliver induction and process training for new employees.
- Identify training requirements based on employee roles, operational gaps and business needs.
- Conduct refresher and skill-development training for existing employees.
- Prepare training materials, SOP-based learning content, presentations and assessments.
- Coordinate with department heads and team leaders to understand training requirements.
- Monitor employee training progress and maintain proper training records.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments, feedback and performance observations.
- Support HR in developing and implementing Training & Development initiatives.
- Assist in identifying skill gaps and preparing suitable development plans.




- Ensure employees understand company policies, operational procedures, safety practices and quality standards relevant to their roles.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with employees after training to assess practical application of the learning.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback forms and training reports.
- Support continuous improvement of training content based on operational changes and employee feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–9 years of relevant experience in training, learning & development, warehouse operations or international logistics.
- Strong understanding of international logistics and warehouse operations.
- Previous experience in training employees in a logistics, courier, freight forwarding or supply-chain environment will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of operational processes and ability to convert them into simple and practical training modules.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical on-the-job training and classroom/functional training.
- Good documentation and training material preparation skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and Training & Development practices.
- Ability to work closely with warehouse and operations teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at different levels.
