Qualifications and Skills

● Diploma in Civil Engineering (or) Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

● Strong knowledge of systems and related software.

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Effective English communication and collaboration abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Attention to details and accuracy in design documentation.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Review architectural drawings, specifications, addendums, and RFIs.
- Identify project scope, materials, and special requirements.
- Verify the latest drawing revision before starting the takeoff.
- Highlight missing information, discrepancies, or unclear details.
- Clarify scope with the Project Manager or Estimation Coordinator when required
- Perform detailed takeoffs from drawings.
- Doors
- Frames
- Hardware
- Panels
- Accessories
- Use estimation software/tools (Bluebeam, Excel,



or other platforms).
- Ensure measurements follow company standards and methodology.
- Maintain proper takeoff documentation.
- Review hardware schedules and specifications.
- Match hardware requirements with doors and frames.
- Identify missing hardware and make reasonable assumptions if necessary.
- Ensure compatibility of hardware with door types.
- Follow company hardware standards and manufacturer guidelines.
