Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Platform Administration & Operations • Administer and maintain Tufin SecureTrack, SecureChange, SecureApp, and associated components. • Manage day-to-day platform operations, health monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning. • Ensure high availability, stability, and resilience of the Tufin environment. • Manage system backups, disaster recovery processes, and platform recoverability testing. • Maintain platform documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks. Platform Upgrade & Lifecycle Management • Plan, test, and execute Tufin platform upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and migrations. • Perform compatibility assessments and impact analysis before upgrades. • Execute upgrade validation and rollback procedures where required. • Coordinate maintenance activities with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders. • Maintain vendor support relationships and manage technical escalations. Integration & Automation • Integrate Tufin with: o Enterprise firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.) o ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, SMAX, Remedy, etc.) o CMDB platforms o SIEM and monitoring tools o Identity and authentication systems (LDAP, AD, SSO) • Support API-based integrations and automation initiatives. • Collaborate with automation teams to streamline firewall rule lifecycle management. Security Policy Management • Maintain policy visibility and compliance across multiple firewall technologies. • Support firewall policy recertification and governance programs. • Implement and maintain risk-based policy validation controls. • Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements. Incident & Problem Management • Provide L3 support for platform incidents and service disruptions. • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues. • Engage vendor support teams to resolve complex platform problems. • Drive preventive maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Governance & Compliance • Support audit reviews and regulatory compliance activities. • Maintain governance controls for firewall policy lifecycle processes. • Produce operational metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting. • Ensure adherence to change management and security standards. Required Experience • 8+ years of experience in Network Security or Security Operations. • 5+ years of hands-on administration experience with Tufin technologies. • Proven experience administering: o SecureTrack o SecureChange o SecureApp (preferred) • Multiple successful Tufin platform upgrades and migrations in large enterprise environments. • Experience managing environments supporting hundreds to thousands of firewalls and network devices. • Strong understanding of firewall technologies including: o Check Point o Palo Alto o Cisco ASA / Firepower o Fortinet o Juniper
