Its all-inclusive itineraries cover destinations such as Europe, Dubai, Japan, Australia, Bali, Greece, Sri Lanka, and spiritual routes including Kailash Mansarovar, Mukthinath, Kashi, Ayodhya, 12 Jyotirlingas, Divya Desam, Char Dham, and key locations across South India, Karnataka, and Kashmir.

Role Description :

- Assist in coordinating domestic and international tour operations.
- Handle tour bookings, reservations, confirmations, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour guides, and other vendors.
- Prepare and maintain tour itineraries and operational documents.
- Communicate with customers and provide timely tour-related updates.




- Follow up with vendors and service providers to ensure timely arrangements.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
- Assist with last-minute changes and special customer requirements.
- Ensure all tour arrangements are completed as per company standards.

Qualifications

- 0–1 year of experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Tourism, Travel & Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Fluent in English and Hindi* (spoken and written).

Basic knowledge of travel and tourism operations.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Knowledge of domestic travel destinations is an added advantage.

Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
