Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing access management and identity access management functions. This position ensures the timely resolution of escalations, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and delivery of high-quality services outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Tower Lead also drives operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through cutting-edge initiatives and effective implementation of organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate Tower Level Ee And En Revenue By Implementing Strategic Access Management And Iam Solutions To Enhance Service Delivery And Operational Efficiency.
2. Ensure All Tasks, Responsibilities, And Escalations Are Resolved In Accordance With Agreed Sla Norms, Maintaining A Focus On Quality And Timeliness In Access Management Operations.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring Services Are Delivered In Alignment With The Sow, Utilizing Iam Tools And Best Practices.




4. Promote Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Initiatives And Frameworks Focused On Improving Access Management And User Experience.
5. Oversee And Implement The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) Through Automation And Self-Driven Initiatives, Leveraging Iam And Access Management Technologies To Optimize Processes And Reduce Costs.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Access Management And Iam Technologies.
2. Solid Understanding Of Service Level Agreement (Sla) Management And Customer Satisfaction Frameworks.
3. Proficiency In Operational Reporting And Validation Practices Related To Iam Services.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving And Crisis Management Skills In Access Management Contexts.

Other Requirements

1. Optional Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Any Relevant Iam Certifications
