We are looking for a Tour Coordinator to manage and coordinate travel requirements from enquiry to successful tour completion. The role involves handling clients, preparing customized itineraries and quotations, following up with potential clients, coordinating with hotels, transport companies and other service providers, and assisting with bookings. The candidate will also be responsible for sharing accurate travel information, maintaining client records, coordinating tour operations, and ensuring a smooth and qualified experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client enquiries and requirements

- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations

- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into bookings

- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and other suppliers

- Assist with reservations and booking confirmations

- Provide travel information and destination guidance

- Coordinate smooth tour operations

- Maintain accurate client and booking records

- Handle client communication before and during the tour

- Ensure timely coordination with all service providers

Pay: ₹10,022.57 - ₹32,604.56 per month
