Tour Consultant – Job Profile

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, travel dates, and expectations.

- Design customized tour itineraries covering destinations, sightseeing, hotels, transportation, meals, activities, and special experiences.

- Prepare accurate quotations, costing, proposals, and itineraries based on client requirements.

- Coordinate with hotels, transport companies, guides, airlines, restaurants, and other local suppliers to obtain rates and confirm services.

- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and value-added services.

- Make hotel, transportation, sightseeing, restaurant, and activity reservations.

- Prepare final itineraries, vouchers, confirmations, rooming lists,



and other operational documents.

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, amendments, and cancellations.

- Communicate with clients and agents before and during the tour to resolve queries and ensure smooth service delivery.

- Handle last-minute changes, emergencies, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.

- Maintain solid relationships with hotels, suppliers, and travel-agent partners.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
