Tool Holder
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly and Setup: Assemble cutting tools into appropriate tool holders (collets, shrink-fit, or hydraulic chucks) using correct torque specifications.
- Machine Preparation: Pre-set tools and load tool holders into CNC machine magazines or carousels according to production part programs.
- Inspection and Maintenance: Clean, inspect, and measure tool holders for wear, runout, or taper damage to prevent machine vibration or poor surface finishes.
- Inventory Control: Manage tool crib inventory, track tool life, and restock worn or broken cutting inserts and holders.
- Troubleshooting: Work with CNC operators and machinists to resolve chatter, breakage, or dimensional inaccuracies caused by improper tool holding.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
