We are looking for a TMC Manager to manage the site and understand client requirements, and ensure a high level of management skills for the client and vendor .
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance within the Guarantee Period / Standardisations / AMC's
- Snags / Complaints / Emergency supports to Ongoing-FNS-Completed projects
- Clients & Vendors management on CSP
- Manage Daily Site progress update / Documentations through SSE's & PC's
- Daily Reports of Self & Team - EOD self and Weekly studio report
Required Skills
- 10-15 years of experience in SITE Management
- Should have experience in Documentations through SSE's and PC's
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
