Industry: Food / FMCG Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and supervise Tetra Pak filling & packaging line operations.
- Ensure production targets, line efficiency, and minimum downtime.
- Monitor machine operation, changeovers, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, food safety & SOPs.
- Maintain shift/production records and control wastage.
- Supervise and manage line operators and manpower.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Tetra Pak machines/lines is mandatory.
- Experience in Food, Dairy, Beverage, or FMCG manufacturing preferred.
- Robust troubleshooting, leadership, and team-management skills.
