Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Design the agentic delivery pipeline: test-generation agents (Tosca Copilot), execution and self-healing agents, and AI-driven failure-triage agents operating as a continuous flow.
- Define the automation strategy as agent policy — coverage targets, risk-based prioritisation rules, and confidence thresholds that decide what AI ships autonomously vs. what requires human review.
- Establish governance for AI-generated assets: prompt/pattern libraries, module standards, review gates, and audit trails for every agent-authored test.
- Run risk-based portfolio analysis (AI-assisted) to select and sequence the SIT/UAT automation backlog into weekly waves.
- Own delivery velocity: monitor agent throughput, first-run pass rates and healing rates; re-tune prompts, patterns and thresholds when metrics slip.
- Operate the human-in-the-loop quality gate — sample-review AI-authored modules rather than hand-reviewing every asset.
- Integrate the pipeline into CI/CD for nightly unattended execution with agent-generated triage summaries to stakeholders.
- Coach engineers in agent supervision, prompt engineering and exception handling; act as single point of accountability to business and QA stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 8+ years QA/testing, 5+ years hands-on Tricentis TOSCA, with production use of Tosca Copilot, Vision AI and self-healing execution.
- Demonstrated delivery of AI-assisted or agentic automation programmes (not just tool familiarity — measurable throughput gains).




- Robust prompt engineering and GenAI output-evaluation skills; able to define confidence thresholds and review-sampling strategies.
- Model-based test automation depth: Tosca Commander, execution architecture, API + UI automation on SAP GUI/Fiori.
- CI/CD orchestration (Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) for unattended continuous testing.
- qTest/JIRA/ALM; metrics-driven governance; strong stakeholder communication.

Preferred

- Tricentis Tosca certifications (Automation Specialist / Test Automation Engineer), SAP S/4HANA Finance domain exposure, Agile certification.
