Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled TestComplete / Selenium Automation Engineer with 3–5

years of experience in test automation using selenium / TestComplete and Python. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for desktop, web, and API applications. The candidate should possess solid analytical skills and be passionate about delivering high-quality software through automation.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Test Complete /

Selenium with Python.

 Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks.

 Automate functional, regression, smoke, and integration test cases.

 Develop reusable automation components and utilities.

 Perform web, desktop, and API automation testing.

 Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to understand requirements and prepare effective test strategies.

 Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for issue resolution.

 Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.





 Prepare automation reports and maintain test documentation.

 Continuously improve automation coverage and framework performance.

Required Skills

 3–5 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.

 Strong hands-on experience with TestComplete / Selenium

 Good programming skills in Python.

 Experience in automating Web, Desktop, and API applications.

 Knowledge of Object Recognition, Name Mapping, and Keyword/Data-Driven

Frameworks in TestComplete.

 Experience with API testing using REST APIs.

 Familiarity with SQL for database validation.

 Experience with version control tools such as Git.

 Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

 Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

 Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

 Experience with Selenium or Playwright.

 Knowledge of performance testing tools.

 Experience working with cloud testing environments.

 ISTQB Certification.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
