Territory Sales Manager Industrial Pumps

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Chemical Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for industrial pump solutions across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business through lead generation, market mapping and customer acquisition.
- Manage B2B industrial customers, OEMs, EPCs, consultants and key accounts.
- Understand customer applications and provide suitable technical pump solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry/RFQ, techno-commercial proposal and quotation to negotiation and order closure.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations and application discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Drive territory sales, achieve revenue targets and prepare sales forecasts/pipeline reports.
- Coordinate with internal technical,



service and execution teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Follow up on payments, collections and after-sales requirements.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Preferred Profile
- 5+ years of experience in industrial B2B technical sales / territory sales.
- Experience in pumps, valves, flow-control, process equipment, fluid handling or other industrial equipment is preferred.
- Solid exposure to process industries such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharma, Food, Cement, Steel, Power, etc.
- Strong techno-commercial, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
