A Tender Executive manages the complete end-to-end bidding process, from finding bid opportunities and preparing technical and commercial documents to submitting proposals on time.

- Tender Search: Monitor portals like GeM Portal and government websites to find relevant public and private tender openings.

- Document Evaluation: Review tender rules, scope of work, and financial qualifications to check if the company is eligible.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal sales, legal, finance, and technical teams to gather necessary data and pricing inputs.

- Bid Compilation & Submission: Prepare, format, and upload the final bid package before strict deadlines.

- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain records of all submissions, follow up on tender results, and log client feedback.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in bid management, procurement, or tendering.

- Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and online e-tendering portals.

- Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills to handle pressure under tight deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
