Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Tendering & Billing Estimation Engineer. The role involves preparing detailed BOQs and cost estimates for civil, PEB, and MEPF turnkey projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing drawings and technical documents, coordinating with design and project teams, and preparing tender documents, rate analyses, and billing statements. The engineer will review vendor and subcontractor quotations, support negotiations to achieve cost-effective solutions,



and assist in budget preparation and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes maintaining updated records of estimates, bills, and contractual documents, and supporting management with timely reports and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong civil and construction engineering foundation, including Civil Engineering and familiarity with turnkey project workflows.
- Proficiency in quantity take-off and cost planning, including BOQ preparation and Project Estimation for civil, PEB, and MEPF works.
- Ability to conduct technical and market Research to validate costs, materials, and vendor options.
- Effective Negotiation skills for working with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders on pricing and contractual terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in tendering, billing, and estimation for construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in turnkey environments.
- Good knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and contract formats; familiarity with estimation and billing software/tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in office with multidisciplinary teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present estimates and reports to management and clients.
