Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process for Exodrone Systems’ products and services. Day-to-day activities include identifying relevant tender opportunities, analyzing tender requirements, coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, and preparing compliant, competitive proposals.

The role involves drafting and reviewing tender documentation, maintaining tender and bid records, and supporting procurement-related activities with accurate cost estimations and timelines.

The Tendering

Specialist will regularly communicate with stakeholders, clarify tender queries, and track submission deadlines to ensure timely,



high-quality responses. The role also includes monitoring market trends, participating in bid review meetings, and contributing to process improvements in tender management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong tender management and procurement skills, including experience handling complete bid lifecycles and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of GEM tendering process is mandatory.
- Candidates should possess excellent analytical skills to interpret tender documents, evaluate risks, and develop competitive pricing and bid strategies.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid proposal writing skills, including the ability to produce structured, accurate, and persuasive tender responses.
- Relevant experience in aerospace, defense, industrial equipment, or technology sectors is beneficial, particularly with government or institutional tenders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting are important for success in this role.
