The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying, preparing, submitting, and managing tenders, proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other business opportunities related to skill development, government projects, CSR initiatives, and training programs. The role also includes content writing, proposal drafting, documentation management, report preparation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of quality proposals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTender Management
- Monitor government, PSU, CSR, and private sector tender portals for new opportunities.
- Identify suitable tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and project opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with departments for collection of technical, financial, and compliance documents.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with eligibility criteria, guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records of submitted, awarded, and pending tenders.
Proposal Development & Documentation
- Draft technical proposals, concept notes, project reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Prepare project budgets and supporting documentation as required.
- Develop and maintain a repository of organizational profiles, project credentials, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather data and information for proposal preparation.
Content Writing & Communication
- Create skilled content for project proposals, reports, case studies, brochures, presentations, and organizational documents.
- Prepare summaries, executive briefs, project overviews, and management reports.
- Draft official correspondence, letters, emails, and business communications.
- Ensure all written content is accurate, professional, and aligned with organizational standards.
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with government departments, funding agencies, partners, and stakeholders regarding tender-related matters.
- Track tender status and provide regular updates to management.
- Prepare MIS reports and business opportunity reports.
- Support management in strategic business development initiatives.
Travel Requirements
- Travel to project locations, government offices, client premises, partner organizations, and other locations as required for tender submissions, project discussions, meetings, documentation, presentations, and business development activities.
- Willingness to travel extensively based on organizational and business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related field.
- MBA or relevant professional qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in tender management, proposal writing, business development, project coordination, or related functions.
- Experience in Skill Development, CSR, Government Projects, DDU-GKY, NSDC, PMKVY, or related sectors will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong proposal and tender drafting skills.
- Excellent content writing and summarization abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and tender portals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
