We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tempering Head to manage our Glass Tempering Department.
Position :- Tempering Head
Job Location : Atgaon Industrial Complex, Atgaon, Shahapur, Thane, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities :-
✓ Manage complete glass tempering production
✓ Set and monitor furnace/process parameters
✓ Achieve production targets and ensure timely completion
✓ Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection
✓ Supervise and manage tempering operators & helpers
✓ Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns
✓ Maintain production, rejection and downtime records
✓ Ensure proper safety procedures and PPE compliance
✓ Improve productivity and minimize glass wastage
Candidate Profile :-
- Relevant experience in Glass Tempering / Toughened Glass Industry
- Solid knowledge of tempering furnace operations
- Good understanding of glass quality and process parameters
- Ability to handle manpower and production targets
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Candidates with relevant glass processing industry experience will be preferred
