Handle international voice calls and communicate effectively with customers.
Meet assigned quality, productivity, and performance targets
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality..
Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and revenue targets on a regular basis.
1–2 years of relevant experience in an International Voice Process.
Candidates must have a background in handling international customers/voice processes.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts. Candidates who can work from office in Current Town, Kolkata – Ecospace are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,314.36 per month
