Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers from online leads.
- Explain company services, offers, pricing, and process clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the appropriate service.
- Follow up with interested customers through phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the team for successful completion of customer services.

Candidate Requirements
- Positive communication skills.
- Hindi and Marathi speaking is preferred.
- Basic English communication.




- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome.

Salary & Incentives ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.
