Role & responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities on GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement Portals and other government procurement platforms.

- Handle end-to-end GeM and customized tender/RFP/RFQ/EOI processes.

- Review tender eligibility, scope of work, technical specifications and commercial requirements.

- Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance matrices, proposals and methodology documents.

- Prepare BOQ, costing, pricing sheets and commercial quotations.

- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Business Development teams.

- Manage GeM bidding, service listings, bid participation and reverse auctions.

- Track EMD, Tender Fees, PBGs, contracts, purchase orders and amendments.

- Handle buyer queries, clarifications and portal-related documentation.

- Maintain tender trackers and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports.

- Support pre-bid meetings,



presentations and client discussions.

- Coordinate with Operations for project mobilization after tender award.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA will be an added advantage.

- 16 years of experience in Tender Management, GeM Procurement, Bid Management or Proposal Management.

- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP and State e-Procurement Portals.

- Experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Housekeeping, Technical Maintenance or Manpower Outsourcing will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of government procurement procedures and tender documentation.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical, documentation, coordination and communication skills.
