Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Provide feedback on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to improve sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center environment with a focus on voice processing (inbound/outbound).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Solid convincing power for effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in using CRM software.
