Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide product information to drive sales growth.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team for call handling, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in inside sales or telemarketing industry.
- Robust communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
- Ability to work on night shifts (US shift) with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications including MS Office Suite.
