Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to credit cards.
- Process customer requests, provide product information, and offer solutions in a timely manner.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
- Robust communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
- Ability to work on domestic voice processes (cold calling) with minimal supervision.
