Role Objective The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging HNI clients, introducing them to our construction services, and generating qualified leads for the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate outbound calls to HNI clients and prospects to present company offerings.
- Build rapport and maintain qualified relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate tailored solutions.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for senior sales/architectural teams.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Provide feedback to management on client preferences and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in telesales/inside sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or luxury services.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Ability to engage with HNI clients confidently and professionally.
- Strong listening skills and client-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of construction/real estate industry will be an advantage.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- 0-2 years of telesales or client engagement experience.
