Telesales & Telecollection Executive – Hindi Voice Process Our BFSI Client is hiring Telesales & Telecollection Executives for its Hindi Voice Process at Spencer Plaza, Anna Salai, Chennai .

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Understand customer requirements and explain relevant financial products/services. Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.

Call customers regarding pending/overdue payments and follow up for collections. Handle customer queries, objections and payment-related concerns professionally. Follow up regularly with customers and maintain accurate call/customer records.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/collection targets.

Candidate Requirements

Hindi and Basic English communication is mandatory.

Native





Hindi speakers / candidates with Hindi as their mother tongue are preferred. Strong communication, persuasion and customer-handling skills. Comfortable with outbound calling and working in a target-driven setting. Freshers and experienced candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply.

Experience in Telesales, Telecollection, Telecalling, BPO, BFSI or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
