Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will handle company-provided leads, speak with prospective buyers, explain property projects, generate interest, and schedule site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain project details, location, pricing, offers and payment plans.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.
- Identify and qualify interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with potential buyers.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and site-visit targets.

Requirements





- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; real estate/telecalling experience is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable making regular calls and follow-ups.
