We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to connect with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain our products/services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements: Valuable communication skills, a confident personality, basic computer knowledge, and a target-oriented approach.
